Shipping & Handling

It’s our aim to get your order to you safely, well packaged and as soon as possible!

We send all of our deliveries via “Royal Mail Signed For” or “Special Delivery Next Day”. Where possible we try our best to ship orders on the next working day, however please allow up to four days for your order to be shipped. Orders placed at weekends, bank holidays & public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

    1. Delivery is a flat rate of £4.00
    2. Pewter and Giftware orders are shipped by “Royal Mail Signed For”
    3. Precious metal orders are shipped by “Royal Mail Special Delivery”
    4. We try our best to ship orders next working day (excluding weekends, bank & public holidays) but hope you accept that during exceptionally busy periods this may not be possible and in such circumstances we will contact you via email to inform you of any delay.
    5. “Next Day” means next working day following the day you ordered and providing payment has cleared.
    6. Part Orders: We don’t dispatch part orders unless by agreement.
    7. If your goods do not arrive when expected and you suspect they have been lost in transit, please contact us by e-mail immediately.
    8. Overseas orders: We don’t yet deliver outside of the UK, However it’s something we are working on.
    9. Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and Highlands: Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery
    10. In the event that your order has not arrived within 3-4 days of you receiving our dispatch notification email please contact us.

FAQ

Q: Can I collect my order from you?

A: Unfortunately not, because we might be busy pouring molten metal into a mould, hand carving a wax pattern, hand shaping a silver pendant or running around looking after toddlers (not while we’re pouring molten metal I might add!) we can’t accept visitors.

Q: Can I collect my order from an event/show you are attending

A: Yes! You may reserve orders from us via our contact form for purchase at a show. In this case we’d prefer it if you pay us in cash at the event itself. However please note: Our attendance at shows cannot be guaranteed due to event cancellation and other factors outside of our control.
